A 33 year old Serviceman of the 6941st Guard Battalion was on the late evening of November, 23rd found dead laying in his blood at Thomas A. Robert School.
His killer had taken his weapon and had shot him.
CPL Arndt, member of the 6941st Guard Battalion for 13 years had begun his duty at 15:00 hours. At 23:00 he was supposed to be reliefed. Since he did not appear TAR School was searched and he was found laying in his blood. An investigation showed that he first was stabbed four times and eventually was shot in the back with his own weapon. He died of severe loss of blood.
